  • You have a shoulder function score (Constant Murley Score) measured within 30 days before the device was put in
  • You are 16 years old or older
  • You are willing to take part and can sign consent after learning what the study involves
  • The Pitch-Patch must have been used only for its intended purpose (not outside its intended use)
