This Phase 3 study tests an “upper airway reeducation” program using brain stimulation (called TMS) to help people with moderate obstructive sleep apnea breathe better during sleep. It may help improve sleep symptoms and breathing, especially if you can’t yet rely on CPAP as first treatment.

Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Your sleep study shows moderate sleep apnea (about 15 to under 30 breathing events per hour)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35
  • You score 26 or higher on a thinking/memory test (MoCA)
  • You must not have key health issues that would prevent TMS use (like a pacemaker or certain metal implants in the head)
