- You are age 18 to 30
- You exercise for about 75 to 150 minutes per week at a moderate-to-strong level (more than 2 days per week)
- You have fairly good heart-and-lung fitness (based on a fitness test result)
- You do not have known high blood pressure (or being treated for it)
- You do not have diabetes or high fasting blood sugar
