Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 30 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35
  • You have no diagnosed long-term illness (like diabetes or heart disease)
  • You are not a regular smoker and are not pregnant
  • You do not take daily medication for any chronic condition
  • You can eat the meals provided by the study team and are not very athletic (less than 10 hours of exercise per week)
