Who can take part
- Your child is between 3 and 18 years old
- Your child has been diagnosed with Chiari malformation type 1 or type 2
- You are willing to give consent for the initial clinical evaluation
- Your child does not have other brain/nerve diseases or craniofacial (skull/face structure) malformations linked to Chiari
- Your child has not had a serious head injury or cardiac arrest
- Your child is not taking “brain-acting” medicines (except seizure medicines) in the 2 weeks before the study
