Study of YTS104 cell therapy for hard-to-treat myeloma

Who can take part

  • Be 18–75 years old, and have relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma after at least three prior treatment lines (including a proteasome inhibitor and an immunotherapy drug).
  • Have clear signs the disease is getting worse during treatment or within 12 months after your last anti-myeloma therapy.
  • Have measurable myeloma in blood or urine tests at screening (for example, specific M-protein or free light chain results).
  • Be well enough for treatment: organ function is acceptable, ECOG performance status is 0–1, and expected survival is at least 12 weeks.
  • Be able to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant (or if your partner could).
  • Meet key safety checks: no allergy to the cell product, no major recent heart/stroke/serious rhythm problems, and no recent blood clots or major lung infection.
