Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody.
  • You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • You have not received any prior therapy that targets BCMA, including CAR T-cell therapy.
  • You have adequate blood cell counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function.
  • You do not have certain other plasma cell disorders like plasma cell leukemia or amyloidosis.
  • If you could become pregnant or father a child, you agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 3 months after the last dose.
