Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old, and expected to live at least 3 months
  • Your AML must be CD33-positive and confirmed by blood or bone marrow tests
  • Your bone marrow should have at least 5% blasts (immature AML cells)
  • Your overall strength should be limited but not too severe (ECOG 0 to 2)
  • Your white blood cell count before the first dose must be 25 or lower
  • You must have recovered from prior treatment side effects to mild level (no more than Grade 1)
