Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Diagnosis of relapsed/refractory myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) with CD33+ cells
- Bone marrow blasts (immature blood cells) between 5% and 20%
- Good enough overall health (ECOG performance status ≤2, roughly able to do light activities)
- Previous cancer treatments fully recovered to mild side effects or better
- Normal organ function (heart, liver, kidneys) and no active infections
