Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) that has returned or not improved after treatment.
- Your bone marrow has a certain amount of immature cells (blasts) — between 5% and 20%.
- Your cancer cells have a protein called CD33 on them (a test can check this).
- You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment ends.
