  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have AML or MDS with signs of leftover disease (like a small number of blast cells or certain genetic changes).
  • Your cancer cells must have the CD33 protein (a marker the treatment targets).
  • You have already had at least one prior treatment for your condition.
  • Your heart is pumping well (LVEF 45% or more) and you are in fairly good overall health.
