Who can take part

  • Must agree to the study and sign informed consent
  • Aged 2 to 70 years with a primary bone tumor confirmed by pathology (cell/tissue testing)
  • No prior anti-cancer treatment for this cancer (including chemo, immune therapy, targeted drugs, or surufatinib)
  • Must have at least one measurable tumor area on scans
  • Need generally good blood counts, liver and kidney function based on lab tests
  • Must be able to take pills by mouth and not have serious bleeding risk or uncontrolled high blood pressure
