Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have confirmed COVID-19 infection at least 90 days ago
  • Still have post-acute COVID symptoms for more than 2 months that limit daily life
  • Have blood test evidence of inflammation (IP-10 above 250 pg/mL)
  • Meet lung-related findings (abnormal lung tests and/or CT scan score over 20, or a 6-minute walk distance under 500 meters)
