This trial tests whether a drug that targets B cells (a type of immune cell) can help people with ME/CFS and PAIS who have previously improved with a blood-filtering treatment called immunoadsorption. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce symptoms and improve function.
This Phase 2/3 trial studies whether anakinra can improve ongoing (post-acute) COVID-19 symptoms lasting for more than two months. It mainly looks for better safety and symptom improvement in people with specific inflammation and lung-related findings.
This study tests whether a drug called pembrolizumab (a type of immunotherapy) can help people with ongoing neurological symptoms after COVID-19. The goal is to see if it is safe and possibly improves symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and dizziness.
This study tests whether a commonly used drug (repurposed) can help improve Long COVID symptoms like fatigue, breathing problems, or brain fog. It is for adults 18 to 65 who had COVID-19 in the past 4 years and still have symptoms after 3 months.
This study uses a special PET scan to look at inflammation in the body of people with long COVID (symptoms lasting 3+ months after infection). The goal is to understand why symptoms persist and find better ways to help.
This early-phase study uses a special PET scan to look for signs of brain inflammation in people with ongoing (long-term) nervous system symptoms after COVID-19. It may help researchers understand what is driving symptoms and whether this imaging approach can detect inflammation.
