Weekly injection study for children with achondroplasia

Who can take part

  • Your parent/legal guardian can give consent, and your child can assent if required by age rules
  • You previously completed an earlier clinical trial with TransCon CNP
  • A parent/guardian can give weekly under-the-skin injections and follow the study schedule
  • You do not have a known allergy or serious reaction to TransCon CNP ingredients (including trehalose, specific buffer salts, or mPEG)
  • If you take part in the study, you must avoid other prescription or study medicines (except TransCon CNP) during the trial
