TMS plus exposure therapy for teenage OCD

Who can take part

  • You must be between 12 and 21 years old.
  • You must have a diagnosis of OCD with moderate or greater symptoms.
  • You must be fluent in English.
  • You must not have certain medical conditions like seizures, bipolar disorder, brain tumors, or implanted metal in your head.
  • You must be right-handed.
  • If you are female and menstruating, you must use effective contraception and not be pregnant.
  • You must not be at immediate risk of suicide.
  • You must not be currently receiving other OCD treatments (like psychotherapy or TMS).
  • Any medications you take for OCD must be at a stable dose for at least 6 weeks.
