  • You are between 12 and 20 years old, inclusive, and have a confirmed autism diagnosis
  • You are generally healthy, with your physical exam and vital signs judged not to be a serious problem
  • You can work with the study team (you and your caregiver can understand and follow the study information and instructions)
  • You do not have significant nasal disease or have had nasal surgery, and you can use nasal sprays
  • You do not have a known allergy to the nasal spray ingredients (and not a latex allergy)
