Who can take part
- You are between 12 and 20 years old, inclusive, and have a confirmed autism diagnosis
- You are generally healthy, with your physical exam and vital signs judged not to be a serious problem

- You do not have significant nasal disease or have had nasal surgery, and you can use nasal sprays
