  • You have cystic fibrosis, confirmed by a high sweat chloride level.
  • You carry at least one DeltaF508 gene mutation.
  • You are about to start taking the combination drug elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (Trikafta) as part of your usual care.
  • You have not taken any other CFTR modulator medicine before.
  • You are not pregnant or under legal guardianship/curatorship.
  • You agree to be followed through the French cystic fibrosis registry.
