Trikafta plus exercise program for adults with cystic fibrosis

Who can take part

  • You are an adult (age 19 or older).
  • You have cystic fibrosis (CF) with the F508del genetic change (at least one copy).
  • You plan to start Trikafta within 30 days of joining the study.
  • Your lung function is reduced (FEV1 is under 90% of what’s expected).
  • Your body weight is in a safe range (BMI above 16 and below 30).
  • You are not currently smoking (or you smoked less than 20 pack-years in the past), and you can read English.
