Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (CF).
  • You need to be taking a highly effective CF medication (like Trikafta) for at least 30 days before starting the study.
  • You should be between 12 and 21 years old.
  • You must not have any metal implants or severe anxiety in enclosed spaces (claustrophobia) that would make an MRI unsafe.
  • You must be feeling well with no recent lung infections or worsening of symptoms.
