Who can take part
- You have a grade 3 meningioma in the brain, either newly diagnosed or newly changed from a lower grade to grade 3 on pathology
- You plan to receive—or have already received—standard radiation therapy for this new grade 3 meningioma
- You have not had any prior grade 3 treatment besides surgery/biopsy and the upfront radiation (and no prior radiation if you previously had a lower grade)
- You are 18 years or older and can take pills by mouth
- Your blood counts and liver tests are within required limits, as checked by local lab tests
- If you could become pregnant or have a partner who could, you must use highly effective birth control during the study and for 3 weeks after
