Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent willingly
  • Your expected survival is more than 12 weeks
  • You have advanced AML or related MDS/MPN-related AML that has failed or is intolerant to standard therapy (or you can’t access standard therapy)
  • You are well enough to participate (performance status 0 to 2) and can undergo bone marrow sampling
  • Recent blood and organ tests must be within specific limits (liver, kidney, and blood counts, with some allowances for medicines like hydroxyurea)
  • You can take oral study medicine and agree to follow study visit schedules and safety rules, including pregnancy prevention if applicable
