Who can take part

  • You must have either CMML that didn't respond to treatment or a specific type of AML with many monocytes in the blood
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (up and about at least half the day)
  • Your life expectancy should be more than 2 months, and your doctor thinks you can complete two treatment cycles
  • You cannot currently use nicotine products like cigarettes or vaping
  • Your major organs (like liver and kidneys) must be working well enough
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose
