Who can take part
- You have confirmed colorectal adenocarcinoma (colon cancer type) on biopsy
- You are age 18 to 75
- Your tumor is RAS “wild type” (and trial also requires RAS/BRAF wild-type)
- Your cancer spread is limited to the liver only, and it can be removed (high-risk resectable)
- You can have measurable liver metastases, with CRS score of 3 or higher
- You are well enough to function normally (WHO performance status 0–1) and have adequate blood, kidney, and liver function
