Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has no mutations in KRAS, NRAS, or BRAF (called 'wild-type').
- Your tumor cells have high levels of the c-MET protein (IHC 2+/3+ in at least half of cells) or other positive c-MET test results.
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy for advanced disease (unless you had chemo after surgery and the cancer returned at least 6 months later).
- You are in good overall health (able to care for yourself, ECOG 0-1) and have adequate organ function.
