  • You are 18 to 70 years old
  • You have a specific type of advanced triple-negative breast cancer (LAR subtype), which has spread or cannot be removed by surgery
  • You have had up to 2 prior treatments for advanced disease
  • You have not had certain cardiac or other serious medical conditions
  • You are able to swallow tablets
  • You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant
