HER-2 Positive Advanced Solid Tumors

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 1 trial tests D3L-001 alone in people with HER2-positive advanced solid tumors. It’s mainly looking to see how the drug works and how safe it is in this group.

HER2-targeting drug study for advanced solid tumors

This Phase 1 trial tests a combination of medicines (including DS-1103a) for people with advanced, hard-to-remove (unresectable) or metastatic solid tumors that have HER2 changes. Because it’s an early safety/dose study, it mainly aims to find the right dose and see how the tumor responds.
