Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- Your cancer is advanced and has HER2 protein (including low levels) or a HER2 gene mutation
- You have tried at least one HER2-targeted treatment that stopped working or caused bad side effects
- You have not had cancer treatment (chemotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.) in the last 28 days unless side effects have mostly resolved
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities without much help)
- You have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
