Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older and can sign consent and follow all study steps for the full study period
  • Your throat cancer is squamous cell carcinoma in the oropharynx (back of the throat)
  • Your cancer is HPV-related and “p16 positive,” confirmed by NavDx and a tumor staining test
  • Your cancer can be treated with definitive or added-on (adjuvant) radiation as part of standard care
  • If your cancer is T3–T4 and/or has lymph node spread (N+), you must plan to receive chemotherapy at the same time as radiation
  • You can’t have cancer spread to distant organs, and you haven’t had radiation to the head/neck before
