Who can take part
- You’re an adult age 18 to 80 with nerve pain in your back and/or lower legs lasting over 3 months after lumbar surgery
- Your pain is fairly strong (pain score over 3/10) and it causes major disability (ODI over 40/100)
- At least 3 months have passed while trying standard treatments that didn’t control your pain well
- You have not previously had a spinal cord stimulation device implanted or tested
- You’re able to take part in the procedures and follow study visits and outcome checks
- You do not have pregnancy, major infection, bleeding problems, spine instability, or other specific conditions that block this treatment
