Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months that has not improved with conservative treatments like physical therapy or medication
- You have one or two damaged discs in your neck (confirmed by MRI) that are causing your pain
- You are able to read and write in Italian
- You have not had surgery on the affected discs
- You have not been on sick leave for more than 12 months due to your neck pain
