Who can take part
- You have metastatic colon (bowel) cancer that cannot be fully removed by surgery at the start, and it’s MSS/pMMR and RAS-mutated based on tumor testing
- Your performance status is 0 or 1 (you can do most daily activities)
- You can swallow and take oral medicine
- You have at least one measurable cancer spot on scans
- You have not had anti-cancer treatment after the cancer spread (you may have had chemotherapy with fluorouracil at least 6 months before joining; oxaliplatin-based chemo needs at least 12 months)
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, heart pumping ability) are within allowed ranges
