Who can take part
- You are aged 18 to 75 years.
- Your colorectal cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed with surgery right now.
- Your cancer is MSS or pMMR type (a lab test result that shows your tumor is not microsatellite instability-high).
- You have not had prior chemotherapy with oxaliplatin (a drug used in FOLFOX) or any immunotherapy or targeted therapy for your cancer.
- You have good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and adequate organ function (liver, kidney, blood counts).
