Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old and have advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive and HER2-negative.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib, ribociclib, or abemaciclib) and up to two types of chemotherapy.
- You have not taken a drug like everolimus or chidamide (called mTOR or HDAC inhibitors) before.
- You are in reasonably good health, with normal blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function.
- You do not have active hepatitis B or C or HIV.
