Chidamide/Everolimus for advanced breast cancer

HR+/HER2- Advanced Breast CancerTargeted Therapy

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs, chidamide and everolimus, for people with advanced HR+/HER2- breast cancer. It aims to see if the combination works for tumors with or without a PIK3CA gene mutation. You may be able to join if you've had previous treatment with CDK4/6 inhibitors and up to two prior chemotherapies.

Study of dalpiciclib plus HDAC inhibitor in advanced breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (dalpiciclib and an HDAC inhibitor) for people with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer whose disease has progressed after prior CDK4/6 inhibitor treatment. The goal is to see if this new combination can help control the cancer.

Chidamide plus hormone therapy after chemotherapy for breast cancer

This trial studies chidamide added to standard hormone (endocrine) therapy to help prevent breast cancer from coming back after initial chemotherapy. It may help by keeping cancer under control for longer in people with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer who respond to first-line treatment.

Chidamide combo for advanced HR+ breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (chidamide, an angiogenesis inhibitor, and fulvestrant) for advanced HR+ / HER2- breast cancer. It is for patients who have already tried a CDK4/6 inhibitor and need a new treatment option.

NCT05954442Recruiting· Phase 3
Everolimus plus chemo for advanced triple-negative breast cancer
