Who can take part
- You have a single, non-cancerous adrenal tumor on one side of your body
- The tumor does not spread to other parts or have blood clots inside
- You are willing to receive either ablation or surgical removal, and you sign a consent form
- You are at least 18 years old
- If you are 40 or older, your blood tests must show low potassium (≤3.5) and a high hormone level (PAC ≥20) with a large tumor (≥10 mm) and a healthy opposite adrenal gland
