Who can take part
- You are between 60 and 85 years old and speak English as your first language.
- You have a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) from a doctor within the last 2 years.
- You have a stable medication plan (no changes in the last 4 weeks).
- You have a family member, friend, or caregiver who sees you at least weekly and is willing to join the study with you.
- You have had depression at some point in your life (current or past).
- You can safely undergo an MRI and TMS (no metal implants, no conditions that increase seizure risk).
