- You are 65 years or older.
- You have colorectal cancer and are scheduled for surgery to remove the tumor.
- You have low physical ability, meaning you can walk less than 400 meters in 6 minutes.
- You are malnourished based on a standard assessment (scored 9 or higher on the PG-SGA).
- You do not have cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
- You do not have conditions like dementia, Parkinson's disease, or a stroke that affects your movement.
