Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older and can sign consent before any study procedures
  • Your spinal cord injury is between the C3 and T6 levels, and has lasted at least 1 month
  • You have confirmed orthostatic hypotension, meaning your blood pressure drops when you change position (often standing)
  • You can take part safely and follow study plans, and you can communicate with the team in French or English
  • You are able to stop or manage blood-thinning medicines (antiplatelet/anticoagulation) around surgery if needed
