Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (clinically definite or probable)
  • You are between 50 and 80 years old and of Chinese Han ethnicity (three generations)
  • Your Parkinson's is at Hoehn-Yahr stage 1 to 4
  • You have been on a stable dose of levodopa for at least 3 weeks before starting
  • You are right-handed
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and do not have any other serious sleep disorders, cognitive issues, or contraindications to TMS or MRI
