  • Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and experiencing depressive symptoms
  • Age 40–90 years
  • On stable Parkinson's medications for at least 3 months with no planned dose changes
  • Depression measured at mild level or higher on standard screening (BDI-II score ≥14)
  • Early-to-mid stage Parkinson's disease (Hoehn and Yahr stage 1–3)
  • Able to read, write, and complete questionnaires in Korean
