Who can take part
- You are between 14 and 18 years old.
- You have gone through the final stages of puberty (Tanner stage 4 or 5).
- You have a normal weight, are overweight, obese, or have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.
- You are not currently pregnant.
- You do not take medications that affect blood sugar (except those for diabetes).
- You do not have an autoimmune disease, cancer, or a condition that makes it hard to follow instructions.
