Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and can give your own consent.
  • You have not taken any oral antibiotics in the past 4 weeks.
  • You do not use antibacterial mouthwash, or you can stop using it for the study.
  • You are not a tobacco smoker.
  • You do not have chronic kidney failure.
  • You are able to perform exercise and can communicate in English.
