Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have symptoms of heart failure, like shortness of breath or tiredness, and your heart function is rated as NYHA class II–IV (moderate to severe).
- Your heart's pumping strength (ejection fraction) is 50% or higher, and it has never been lower than 50% in the past.
- A blood test shows a high BNP (over 35) or NT-proBNP (over 125) level.
- You have at least one sign of heart muscle thickening or stiffness on an ultrasound or echocardiogram.
- You do not have moderate to severe chronic kidney disease (stage 2–4).
