Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with primary Evans syndrome (not caused by another disease).
- You currently have very low platelets (below 30) or low hemoglobin (below 100) or symptoms of anemia.
- You have tried steroids and at least one other treatment that didn't work, or you can't take other treatments.
- You have a positive Direct Coombs test (a blood test showing your immune system attacks red blood cells).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
