Who can take part
- You must have severe or very severe aplastic anemia that did not get better or came back after standard treatments, including ATG, cyclosporine, and a TPO-RA medicine.
- You must be 18 years or older and in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities with little help).
- You cannot have active serious infections, recent major heart problems, or a history of certain cancers or blood disorders.
- You must be unable or unwilling to have a stem cell transplant, and no better treatments are available.
- You cannot have used certain other trial drugs or medicines targeting CD38 before.
