Comparing new drug SHR-A1811 to standard therapy for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a new antibody-drug conjugate, SHR-A1811, against the combination of pyrotinib and capecitabine in people with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer that no longer responds to trastuzumab (Herceptin). Researchers want to see if SHR-A1811 works better than the standard treatment.

Study drug SHR-A1811 with two lung cancer medicines

This early-phase trial tests an injectable cancer drug (SHR-A1811) given with either pyrotinib or another targeted drug (SHR-1316) in people with advanced lung cancer. The goal is to see how safe the combination is and how well it can control the cancer.
