Who can take part
- You are female, aged 18 to 75.
- You have been diagnosed with stage II or III breast cancer that is HER2-positive (a protein that helps cancer grow).
- You have not had any previous treatment for breast cancer.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are generally healthy enough to undergo treatment, with adequate heart, kidney, and liver function.
