Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests combining osimertinib (a targeted pill) with aspirin before surgery for people with stage II to IIIA lung adenocarcinoma that has an EGFR mutation. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors and improves outcomes.

Before-surgery osimertinib plus chemotherapy for EGFR lung cancer

This study tests whether giving osimertinib together with chemotherapy before surgery can shrink and control EGFR-mutant, stage III lung cancer so it can be fully removed. If it works, it may improve the chances that the cancer does not come back after surgery.

NCT07329322Recruiting· Phase 2
Drug combo before surgery for EGFR-mutated lung cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs (sacituzumab tirumotecan and osimertinib) before surgery for people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutated). The goal is to see if the drugs can shrink the tumor enough to improve surgery results.

NCT07177092Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Surgery plus osimertinib for EGFR-mutant lung cancer

This trial tests if removing the main lung tumor followed by the targeted therapy osimertinib helps people with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. It is for those who have not had prior treatment and are healthy enough for surgery.

NCT06323148Not yet recruiting· Phase 3
Adjuvant targeted therapy guided by ctDNA in EGFR-mutant lung cancer

This trial tests whether using a blood test (ctDNA) to guide targeted therapy after surgery can improve outcomes for patients with stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has an EGFR mutation. If you qualify, you may receive a targeted pill (osimertinib) based on your ctDNA results.

NCT07256509Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Testing a new drug combo before surgery for EGFR+ lung cancer

This trial tests whether adding SYS6010 to osimertinib before surgery works better than osimertinib alone for people with a type of lung cancer that has an EGFR mutation. The goal is to shrink the tumor and improve surgery outcomes.

NCT05037331Recruiting
Osimertinib for advanced EGFR-mutated lung cancer

This trial studies osimertinib in people with advanced or metastatic lung cancer that has specific EGFR gene changes. It aims to see how well this targeted medicine can control the cancer when surgery or radiotherapy won’t work.
