  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with thymic carcinoma, and the tumor is locally advanced but can potentially be removed with surgery.
  • You haven't had any treatment for thymic carcinoma before (including chemo, radiation, or targeted therapy).
  • You are in good enough health for a clinical trial (ECOG performance status 0-1).
  • Your organs (kidneys, liver, bone marrow) are functioning well enough to handle the study drugs.
