Who can take part

  • You must have AML with a FLT3 gene mutation.
  • Your AML must have come back (relapsed) or not responded (refractory) to your first treatment. You cannot have had more than one prior treatment.
  • You cannot have taken gilteritinib or oral azacitidine before.
  • Your kidneys and liver need to be working well, and your heart function should be at least 45%.
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth and be covered by French health insurance.
