Who can take part
- You must have AML with a FLT3 gene mutation.
- Your AML must have come back (relapsed) or not responded (refractory) to your first treatment. You cannot have had more than one prior treatment.
- You cannot have taken gilteritinib or oral azacitidine before.
- Your kidneys and liver need to be working well, and your heart function should be at least 45%.
