Comparing two shorter radiation treatments for prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • Men aged 18 or older
  • Low-risk or favorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer (PSA under 20, Gleason 6 or 3+4, and tumor stage T1-T2c)
  • Prostate gland smaller than 60 cubic centimeters (with or without hormone therapy to shrink it)
  • Urinary symptoms score under 15 without taking medicines for it
  • No prior prostate cancer treatment or pelvic radiation
  • No active inflammatory bowel disease, chronic immune suppression, or hip replacement
